Scope of Services
DVera Solutions LLC (“DVera,” “we,” “us”) is a maintenance coordination and business support service operating in Ohio and Kentucky. This page describes what we do and, just as importantly, what we don’t.
What We Do
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work orders on behalf of property owners, from initial request through invoice and completion verification
- Manage communication with contractors and vendors, including scheduling, follow-up, and photo/video documentation of work performed
- Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) translation and interpretation for calls, meetings, and documents related to the above
- Prepare estimates, invoices, and maintenance status reports
- Provide general business support, strategy consultation, and local market research at the client’s request
What We Do Not Do
DVera Solutions LLC is not a licensed real estate brokerage, property management company, or law firm. We do not, under any circumstance:
- Lease, rent, or list property for rent
- Negotiate lease terms or rental rates on behalf of an owner
- Collect, hold, or disburse rent or security deposits
- Find, screen, place, or show property to prospective tenants
- Represent an owner or tenant in landlord-tenant disputes, evictions, or lease negotiations
- Provide legal advice of any kind

Relationship to Real Estate Licensing
Daniel Vera holds an active real estate license in Ohio through Keller Williams Distinctive RE, 260 Northland Blvd Ste 304B, Cincinnati, OH 45246.
That license and its duties are entirely separate from the services DVera Solutions LLC provides. DVera Solutions LLC operates independently of that license, is not affiliated with, and does not act on behalf of, Keller Williams Distinctive RE.
